Project 71Cabinet painting
Jefferson, Richmond Hill
honey oak refinished white, one line on the estimate and nothing else
One line on the estimate. No carpentry, no counters, no new doors — only the colour.
- Refinished white, doors in the shop and frames in the home
- No millwork, no new fronts, no change of hardware
- Existing hinges and hole positions used throughout

01
Every cupboard open and every opening sealed. The frames get sprayed and the insides deliberately do not — shelves and interiors are not in this price and the estimate says so, which is why the masking goes on the inside edge of each opening rather than around the outside of the kitchen.

02
The awkward one. Open shelving has no door to take away, so all of it has to be done standing in the room, cut in by hand where a sprayed edge meets a wall. The parts with no doors take the longest and they are the reason a repaint is days on site rather than a delivery.

03
Finished, and worth measuring against the estimate it came from. One line, one price, one colour. The counters, the floor, the layout, the appliances and the handles are all the ones that were here. Nothing was added to make it look like this.
